***Ordering Instructions***

***Artwork Requirements***
300 DPI resolution
File format: PNG
Transparent background
Minimum line weight 2pt
Upload file exactly at dimensions they will be printed. We will not resize artwork.
Do not mirror files
Avoid pixelated and translucent artwork.  

***Files are not proofed, they will be printed as is.***

***Sizes***
Pocket: 4 inches
Toddler: 6 inches
Youth: 8 inches
Adult: 10 inches
Adult: XL 12 inches
This measurement will be for the longest part of the image.
Please measure the item you will press the transfer on to make sure you are ordering the correct size. 
 
***Pressing Instructions***
1. Set heat press to 320°F and timer to 20
seconds.
2. Pre-press fabric for 10 seconds to remove any moisture.
3. Place and align the film with printed side down. Cover with teflon sheet.
4. Press firmly for 20 seconds.
5. Cool for 30 seconds. Remove film, cover with teflon and re-press for 10 seconds.
6.Do not wash for 24 hours.

A commercial heat press is recommended in order to correctly press the transfer on a shirt or other product.

Please research how to use Direct to Film (DTF) transfers as I am NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRESSING ERRORS.

Press time and temperature setting may vary depending on heat press being used. Refer to your heat press guidelines for best results. 

***Processing and Shipping***
Processing is 3-5 days. First Class Shipping is 2-5 business days (after processing time).
If you need item sooner upgrade shipping at checkout.

***Care Instructions***
Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.

***Returns***
All items are made-to-order so I can NOT accept return or exchange.
