At Enchanted Island Prints, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, so we have created the following exchange and return policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Custom Designs Policy
As our products are customized based on your uploaded designs, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items unless they meet the following criteria:
Eligible for Exchange/Return:
1. **Defective or Damaged Products:** If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has printing errors (such as ink smudges, misalignment, or fading), we will gladly replace it free of charge.
2. **Wrong Order:** If the wrong item is sent due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:
1. **Design Errors on Customer’s End:** We do not accept returns or exchanges if the design uploaded by the customer contains errors (such as low-resolution images, incorrect colors, or layout issues). Please ensure that your designs are correctly prepared before uploading.
2. **Change of Mind:** Since all orders are customized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing the order.
How to File a Claim:
1. **Contact Us:** If your product qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@enchantedislandprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. **Provide Proof:** Include your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
3. **Resolution:** Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or processing a replacement.
Gang Sheet Policy:
For customers building custom gang sheets, please ensure all designs are properly aligned and formatted. Misaligned designs or errors made in the gang sheet creation process are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
