Are shirts included with my purchase?
No.
Unless otherwise stated, all listings are for DTF heat transfer sheets only. Shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other apparel shown in product photos are for demonstration purposes only and are not included.
What is a DTF Transfer?
A DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is a professionally printed heat transfer that can be applied to fabric using a heat press.
Do I need a heat press?
Yes.
A commercial or hobby heat press is required to properly apply DTF transfers.
Household irons are not recommended.
What are your processing times?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after processing has been completed.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes.
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Please note that expedited shipping reduces shipping transit time only and does not reduce our standard processing time.
Can I order custom transfers?
Yes.
We offer custom DTF transfers and gang sheets. Simply upload your artwork or contact us if you need assistance preparing your files.
Can I return custom orders?
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
